One Time A/C Set Up Fee: Starting $299.99 + depending on the set up efforts, and other migration services needed for data migrations. Office Admin users may be priced differently than Mobile users depending upon feature selections. Annual commitment may be required for certain discounted pricing.

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term. Click on ‘Subscription Management’ in your account to modify your subscription details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. In addition, you can make payment by wire transfer or by check payment. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone. All of our payments follow USD pricing except in India where we can accept payment in Indian Rupees.
You need a minimum of one office user on a paid plan to purchase Field employee licenses. There are no limits on the number of field employee licenses you can subscribe to at a time.

We have also moved data from many other low end field service software with limiting capabilities (housecall pro, jobber etc.) and other popular competitive systems to our system.
It depends on the size and the quality of data. Data import takes only a few minutes if the old data is ready, cleaned up and in the right format.
For a typical small company data (1-5 users), the data can be moved within 1-2 days. But for larger data sets or older operationss, the data clean up and re-organization, it is a good idea to plan 1-2 weeks.
